These streaks of light from meteors, also called “shooting stars” peak on Saturday night the 22nd of October 2011 when earth moves through the dust trail left behind the comet. For maximum effect you need to be 2 ½ hour’s drive from bright city lights to experience Mother Nature’s fireworks blazing from above.
